J.Lindeberg Autumn/Winter 2014 Collection
If you go down deep into the waters of the Arctic Ocean, you’ll find them, the Medusae jellyfish. They are the drifters of the deep, mystic and elegant creatures that create their own ballet of entangled and entwined tentacles. It is a sensual dance in the darkest part of the world, where no one else can see. This ethereal yet lethal creature is the inspiration for the Autumn/Winter 2014 collection. “This season, we are exploring a darker side of the J.Lindeberg man and woman, a rock and roll take, the J.Lindeberg way – blended with technical garments and modern tailoring in a collection that presents new proportions and supreme qualities,” says Head Designer Jessy Heuvelink. This inspiration has resulted in supple leather pieces, tailored and sharp signature outerwear, as well as prints and patterns that reflect the hidden beauty of the sea. And the colour palette is dark – black, deep navy and dark green with splashes of grey and rich burgundy.
