Return Policy in Italy
Return costs: €5.95 – if you use our return label.
Return rights: 30 days of receipt (in the original condition).
We can only process your return if you have purchased the item in J.LINDEBERG's online shop. If you wish to return items bought in one of our stores, please contact the store in question.
How to return an item
- Place the item in the item packaging and fill in the return reason code in the field on the item packaging.
- Place item and return note in the return parcel (you can re-use the parcel/bag that we sent you).
- Put the prepaid return label (sticker) on your return parcel.
- Return shipping costs €5.95 when using the prepaid return label and sending with UPS.
UPS will pick up your return parcel at your home. You can apply for collection of a return by phone on 02-30303039 or on the internet at www.ups.com under "Collection" and "Schedule a collection". Make sure to ask for the return tracking number as a proof for having returned the parcel.
You can also hand over the return to a UPS / Kiala Service Point. Make sure to ask for a receipt, as a proof, that you have returned a parcel.
Tracking can be done on the website of UPS, using the tracking number from the return label.
We will process your return within 14 days.
Received wrong item
If you received the wrong item; please put the item back in its packaging, write the correct return code in the yellow field on the items packaging and send it to us within 30 days after receipt.
If you have bought a faulty item at our online shop, you can complaint about errors and defects related to your item, which have appeared within 24 months after your purchase.
If the complaint is being accepted we will of course refund you the amount after processing, as we do not offer online exchanges.
As soon as we have processed your return, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs). If you used the prepaid return label, the return shipping costs of €5.95 will be deducted from your refund.
The refund will be issued to the credit card you used when you made the purchase.
Please allow up to 2-30 days for the money to appear on your credit card statement. The refund time frame is largely depending on your credit card issuer or bank.
