Return Policy UPS

Return costs: €5.95  – if you use our return label.

Return rights: 30 days of receipt (in the original condition).

Please note: purchases made between 1 November and 31 December 2014 can be returned up until 31 January 2015.

 

Returns

We can only process your return if you have purchased the item in J.LINDEBERG's online shop. If you wish to return items bought in one of our stores, please contact the store in question.

 

How to return an item

UPS will pick up your return parcel at your home. You can apply for collection of a return by phone on 902-88-8-20 or on the internet at www.ups.com under "Collection" and "Schedule a collection".  Make sure to ask for the return tracking number. This is your proof for having returned a parcel.

Tracking can be done on the website of UPS, using the tracking number from the return label.

You can also handover the return to a Kiala Parcel Shop. Make sure to ask for a receipt, as a proof, that you have returned a parcel.

Received wrong item

If you received the wrong item; please put the item back in its packaging, write the correct return code in the yellow field on the items packaging and send it to us within 30 days after receipt.
 

Complaints

If you have bought a faulty item at our online shop, you can complaint about errors and defects related to your item, which have appeared within 24 months after your purchase.
If the complaint is being accepted we will of course refund you the amount after processing, as we do not offer online exchanges.

 

Refund

As soon as we have processed your return, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs). If you used the prepaid return label, we will deduct the return shipping cost of €5.95 from the refund amount.

The refund will be issued to the credit card you used when you made the purchase.

Please allow up to 2-30 days for the money to appear on your credit card statement. The refund time frame is largely depending on your credit card issuer or bank.
