Q: I receive the message: "Unable to check 3D Secure"?
A: If your VISA or MasterCard is activated with Verified by VISA or MasterCard Secure Code (3D Secure) you will be automatically probated by your card issuer to identify yourself each time you make a purchase at the participating online stores. You will be quickly confirmed by your card issuer to complete your purchase. Your personal identification code will never be shared with the store. If you don't know how to identify yourself or if you are uncertain whether your credit card is activated o not, please contact your card issuing bank.
Q: Why is the size I want to buy not showing in the size window?
A: The size is temporarily out of stock.
Q: How will you deliver my order?
A: All orders will be delivered by UPS directly to the address you have stated as your shipping address. Delivery time are Monday-Friday (except public holidays) 08:00-17:00. You can state your work as your shipping adress if you work between these hours.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You will receive an email as soon as we have sent your package. Then you can track your package at UPS website with your email address in the reference field.
Q: What happens if I am not there when UPS arrives?
A: UPS will leave a note with a phone number you can call to arrange a new delivery time.
Q: Why can’t I buy from your web shop when I live outside of Europe or in a non EU country?
A: Due to custom laws etc., we are only able to ship within the member states of the European Union.

A: We accept all credit and debit cards connected to VISA, MasterCard and EuroCard. We also accept American Express.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Orders placed before 1 pm will be shipped the same or next day. However, in any case we suspect frauds the transaction can go through a security process which might delay the processing of the order.

A: Standard freight charge is: €13 / £12 / SEK 55. Express freight charge is: €19 / £18 / SEK 130. Free standard freight for purchases over €80 / £70 / SEK 700.
Q: When is my credit card charged for my order?
A: Once you place an order with J.Lindeberg.com, we take time to verify that the information you provided is legitimate and that the items that you want to buy are in stock before charging your card. During this time, you may see on your credit card account that the charge is PENDING. Nothing has been charged to your credit card yet.
Q: Why do I see PENDING on my credit card?
A: You will see PENDING on your credit card because we have chosen not to automatically charge your card when your order is placed. We have chosen to do this for our customer's financial security - it allows us to verify that the information provided is accurate and legitimate and deliberately choose to process orders. Orders that can not be verified for legitimacy will not be processed.
Q: Why is the selection different on the US web shop compared to the European web shop?
A: The selection might differ, depending on what items the two web shop has decided to sell.
