General Terms

You may access and browse J.Lindeberg’s website (the “Web Store”) without providing any personal information. In order to place an order through the Web Store, you will be required to set up an account and provide us with certain personal information as well as your email address and a password. To access your account after the initial set up, you will only need to provide your email address and password. To protect your account information, you should not provide your password to others.

If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. We will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to set up your account. [If you request to have your password emailed to you, your credit card information will be deleted from your profile.

What Information About Me Is Collected and Stored?

J.Lindeberg adheres to the high standards of ethical practices in all of its operations and is dedicated to protecting the privacy of all visitors to its Web Store. Our privacy policy is simple: Except as disclosed below, we don't sell, barter, give away, or rent your personal information to any company outside of J.Lindeberg and its subsidiaries. One of the basic principles we've tried to follow in designing the Web Store is that we ask only for the information we need to provide the service you have requested. J.Lindeberg disclaims any and all liability for any and all damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Web Store.

Children’s Use of Web Store

The Web Store is accessible to anyone who has access to the Internet. However, we do not collect or maintain information or communicate by email with persons that we know are under the age of 13 (unless their parents consent). The Web Store is not intended or designed to attract anyone under 13. Children under the age of 13 should ask their parents or guardians for permission before providing any personal information to anyone on the Internet. Parents and guardians should supervise their children's activities on the Internet and use parental control or other web filtering technology to limit children's access to the Internet.
