General Shipping Information

Placed orders will be delivered on workdays between Mondays and Fridays, and the delivery times vary depending on your country of delivery. Unless you have been informed otherwise, the usual time of delivery from the time of placing the order is:

  • Order Processing Time:

    Orders placed before 12:00 (local time) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the following business day.

  • Shipping Partners:

    We collaborate with leading logistics companies, including PostNordUPSBudBee, and DHL Freight, ensuring fast and secure deliveries.


Shipping Options by Region

  • PostNord Standard Delivery: 2-5 working days
  • UPS standard delivery: 3-5 working days
  • UPS (Express Saver Delivery): 1-2 business days
  • BudBee: Home or Box 
  • DHL Freight: Service point or Home


Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Depending on the service chosen at checkout, you can use this to track your package through PostNordUPSBudBee, or DHL’s website.

Delivery Issues

Important Information

  • Undeliverable Packages: If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to us. Our team will contact you to arrange for a refund.
  • Signature Requirements: A signature may be required upon delivery for some high-value orders to ensure your order reaches you securely.
